We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage events. No restoration experience? No problem! We provide paid training, hands-on support, and a clear path to earning industry-recognized certifications. If you bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, we'll provide the tools, training, and opportunities to help you build a successful career in the restoration industry.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to work occasional overtime and emergency response situations

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
- Water extraction and structural drying assistance
- Content cleaning and pack-out services
- Demolition and debris removal when required
- Operate restoration equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service during difficult situations
