Restoration Resources, Inc. (SERVPRO Team Johnson) is growing and looking for positive, motivated individuals to join our restoration team. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage events. No restoration experience is necessary as we provide paid training, hands-on support, and a clear path to earning industry-recognized certifications. Requirements

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
Ability to work occasional overtime and emergency response situations

Nice To Haves

Experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, construction cleanup, or property maintenance

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
Water extraction and structural drying assistance
Content cleaning and pack-out services
Demolition and debris removal when required
Operate restoration equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service during difficult situations
