About The Position

Environment Control of Wisconsin is hiring Part-Time to Full-Time Janitorial Floaters for the Waukesha and Milwaukee areas. We are a state-of-the-art company that has been in business since 1972, serving over 350 customers across Wisconsin and growing. We pride ourselves on having satisfied customers and high cleaning standards, while also ensuring our employees are treated with respect and decency. Our managers are well-trained, supportive, and often bilingual in Spanish. While the cleaning jobs are not overly strenuous, they require consistent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds. Typical duties include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. All necessary supplies are provided.

Requirements

Own vehicle (Must have Reliable Transportation).
Excellent attendance and positive attitude.
Ability to perform continuous physical activity at a reasonable pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Pass a drug test.
Pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred by management).

Responsibilities

Float between different cleaning positions and locations nightly based on area manager's needs.
Fill-in open cleaning positions at various facilities.
Perform cleaning duties such as trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of restrooms.
Maintain high standards of cleaning.
Work alongside managers to improve cleaning techniques.
Be available for weekend work if needed.
