About The Position

As a member of the Cleaning & Housekeeping Team, you will be working with teammates to maintain an immaculate venue for our team and our guests. It is your responsibility to continuously exceed the high standards of quality, safety, and world class customer service and cleanliness throughout the farm. This is usually a behind the scenes role. We are hiring adults to help keep our barns, restrooms and grounds clean and orderly, empty the garbages and doing extra tasks as needed. The role requires availability generally before hours of operation and restroom upkeep during hours of operation. Requirements

  • Experience preferred with cleaning and housekeeping
  • Age 18 and older
  • An eye for detail and enjoy cleaning and organizing
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as work as part of a team
  • Ability to interact with the public and Wickham Farms team in a professional, welcoming manner with good communication skills
  • A problem solver who can work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to smile, laugh and have fun for 4-8 hours
  • Ability to smile for 8 hours straight
  • Ability to be on your feet, standing tall all day long
  • Attentive to detail and embrace the philosophy that “Everything Speaks”
  • Friendly, outgoing personality interacting with large groups of people

Responsibilities

  • Sweeping & mopping
  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Emptying garbage
  • Straightening up areas
  • Doing laundry and folding items
  • Washing and putting away dishes
  • Cleaning restrooms, office area, kitchen facilities, and more
  • Keeping barns, restrooms and grounds clean and orderly
  • Emptying garbages
  • Performing extra tasks as needed
  • Restroom upkeep during hours of operation
