About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned janitorial and maintenance company, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable cleaner to work at a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and also a team player. The position is part-time and offers a schedule of 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Duties may be modified or amended and may include other duties related to the role.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
