About The Position

A Cleaner performs basic cleaning in common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, and other assigned spaces. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and fixtures, handling trash and recycling, and using cleaning equipment. The role also includes responding to incidental spills and flooded areas and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are mentioned; this schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., totaling 16 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup for trash and restroom concerns.
Clean common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains.
