Utilizing the latest technologies, equipment, cleaners, and management systems, We provided exceptional care of building spaces including hard surface floor care, carpet care, upholstery, windows, restroom sanitation, and more. Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have the ability to perform duties as directed to standards

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces, and trim)
• Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• May potentially buff floors in some facilities
• Clean rugs and mats
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
