About The Position
Elation Property Management is hiring a full-time cleaner for its Dakota Estates community in Aberdeen, SD. This role involves performing routine cleaning on common areas, grounds, and vacated units (turnovers). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to meet cleaning and building upkeep expectations, ensuring the community is always in good condition and maintained properly.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the property (Aberdeen, SD area).
Responsibilities
- Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
- Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
- Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
- Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.
