About The Position

Clean Team is hiring two dependable Part-Time Evening Cleaners for a commercial facility at 8499 Darrow Road in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role offers ongoing part-time work, with a consistent Monday-through-Friday evening schedule and 15 hours of work per week. Cleaners help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming customer facilities for employees and visitors. Paid training and supervisory support are provided.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday in the evening; the posting lists 5:00 PM–9:00 PM in the schedule and 5:00 PM–8:00 PM under qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Willingness to learn and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine physical cleaning duties.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
• Dust desks, furniture, shelves, and other accessible surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and surfaces.
• Restock restroom paper products and soap supplies.
• Wipe down frequently touched surfaces.
• Maintain breakrooms and designated shared spaces.
• Keep janitorial closets and cleaning supplies organized.
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance concerns or damaged equipment to a supervisor.
• Notify management when cleaning supplies are running low.
• Work independently and with other team members as needed.
• Help ensure assigned areas meet Clean Team's quality standards.
