About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties and ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The role helps maintain the appearance and sanitation of the workplace and contributes to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The starting pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with a pay differential on the second shift. Available shifts are 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. The location is Gulfstream in Savannah, Georgia.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
