About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring assigned buildings are clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Duties include maintaining common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down glass and other surfaces.

Requirements

• Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
• Access to vehicle or other reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple locations
• Cleaning and maintaining common rooms, kitchens, washrooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out and properly dispose garbage
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements
