About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned janitorial and maintenance company, is hiring an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner to work at a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and also works well as part of a team. The role supports clean, healthy, and safe environments at client facilities.

The part-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $17.95 per hour. Duties may include other tasks related to the position, as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
