About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

  • Physically walk the property each morning and remove litter, debris, cigarette butts, pet droppings, and other trash from grounds, bushes, grass areas, and common spaces
  • Clean and maintain pet areas, empty waste stations, and restock dog waste bags
  • Clean and maintain dumpster areas, ensuring they remain free of debris
  • Clean breezeways, sidewalks, and common exterior areas
  • Clean and organize shops, garages, laundry rooms, clubhouses, and other shared facilities
  • Assist with landscaping tasks as requested by management
  • Assist with moving and disposing of abandoned property or bulk items as needed
  • Clean and prepare vacant units when scheduled
  • Perform all tasks in a neat, efficient, and timely manner
  • Clean, maintain, and properly store all tools, rags, and equipment at the end of each day
  • Work effectively in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
  • Clean inside, behind, and around appliances
  • Clean sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, and bathroom fixtures
  • Clean windows (inside and out), blinds, frames, and tracks
  • Clean cupboards, shelves, counters, drawers, and cabinetry inside and out
  • Clean walls, baseboards, and flooring as needed (sweep and mop all floors)
  • Remove debris from patios, decks, storage areas, and exterior spaces
  • Assist maintenance staff with light repairs as needed
  • Deliver and return cleaning supplies and materials from storage as needed
  • Return to units for additional cleaning or “spiff” work if requested
  • Complete required cleaning and turnover documentation/forms
  • Maintain a fast and efficient pace while ensuring quality work
  • Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety rules
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions promptly
  • Use required protective equipment and follow all safety procedures
