About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain the appearance and physical condition of its property at Fort Hood, Texas, in line with ownership and management objectives. The role includes cleaning homes and shared spaces, maintaining cleaning supplies, and completing work efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.

The position is located at a federal facility. Effective May 7, 2025, access requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving-record standards in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID is required for access to the federal facility effective May 7, 2025.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean common areas, including community centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carry and maintain the cleaning supplies needed to perform routine duties satisfactorily.
• Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Perform other common-area cleaning, including trash pickup, doggie waste station cleanup, and community trash removal.
