About The Position

Realstar is seeking a Cleaner to live and work at one of their properties in Cornwall, ON. This position requires the employee to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings. This is an existing vacant position within the organization.

Requirements

1-2 years related experience
Customer service skills
A pleasant demeanour
Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to perform in a team environment

Responsibilities

General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
Perform other duties as assigned

Benefits

Base Compensation is $43,000 + signing bonus. This includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit).
