About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Homemakers, and Experienced Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors throughout the Merrimack Valley. This role involves building meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes. The position offers competitive weekly pay, immediate live-in assignments, private sleeping accommodations, meals, one-on-one client care, consistent long-term cases, supportive 24/7 office staff, paid orientation and ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities. Requirements
- HHA, CNA, PCA certification or professional caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Plan and prepare meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
- Ensure safety supervision and overnight presence
- Encourage clients to maintain independence and dignity
