About The Position

We are seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious, high-end residential condominium community. This key position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall excellence of the property while supporting daily building operations. The Cleaner Supervisor plays a crucial role in the upkeep of a large residential high-rise and is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong cleaning leadership experience. The candidate must have excellent cleaning skills, be a self starter with good customer service skills, relating comfortably and respectfully with owners, tenants, contractors, guests, etc. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming living environment for residents.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in building cleaning
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
Ability to lift heavy objects, use power tools, and perform physically demanding tasks
Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
Comfortable working with pressure washing and pool maintenance equipment (training provided if needed)
Willingness to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks
Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Maintains a clean and organized work environment in all areas via sweeping, wiping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming or other methods.
Services, cleans, and supplies all restrooms daily
Cleans windows and mirrors
Organizes janitorial storage areas and manages janitorial supply inventory
Uses such personal protective equipment as is required at all times
Removes waste and empties trash
Reports any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair or maintenance
Follows all health and safety regulations.
