Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

• Previous handyman or construction experience
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack up client's personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory the items.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Assist and perform other restoration activities, as needed, including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
