Requirements

  • Minimum 8 months of professional cleaning experience in an office or corporate environment
  • Positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and supportive with team members
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all work responsibilities
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects safely
  • Comfortable and experienced using various cleaning products, equipment, and tools
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices in facility cleaning
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and established cleaning procedures
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and facility needs
  • Willingness to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all office floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping to ensure a spotless appearance
  • Sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas on a regular schedule
  • Dust all visible surfaces within reach, including desks, countertops, light fixtures, window ledges, and ventilation areas
  • Clean and polish metal surfaces, including stainless steel fixtures and elevator interiors
  • Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, and paper towels
  • Empty and replace garbage bins and recycling containers throughout the facility
  • Perform spot cleaning of lobby floors and conduct thorough washing as needed
  • Vacuum entrance mats and maintain lobby areas to create a positive first impression
  • Use various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively while following all health and safety protocols
  • Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns to the facilities management team
  • Maintain organized cleaning supply inventory and communicate when restocking is needed
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks and projects as assigned by management to support facility operations and meet evolving business needs
