About The Position

As a ServiceMaster Service Partner, you belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients. This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual preferred)
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a cell phone
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses

Nice To Haves

• Past cleaning experience a plus
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Responsibilities

• Bagging and removing trash
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum
• Clean restrooms
• Ensure cleaning duties are performed to company standards
• Follow ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes, and procedures
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
• Other duties as assigned
