About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner/Floater for evening shifts in St. Paul, MN. This role involves driving to various accounts daily to clean them to high expectations, including healthcare cleaning standards. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, operating rooms, surgery areas, general hospital rooms, offices, and bathrooms. Medical cleaning tasks involve disinfecting surfaces, dusting, trash and recycling removal, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, metal shining, wall spot cleaning, and cleaning restrooms and lunchrooms. Overtime is available, and one weekend per month on-call duty is required. Candidates must be 18 years old, able to speak English for safety reasons, and able to lift up to 30lbs. A pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities
- Driving to the office daily by 5pm
- Grabbing keys from a key box
- Getting a different list of accounts to drive to and fully clean to expectations
- Cleaning rooms, ORs, Surgery, General hospital rooms, offices, bathrooms
- Disinfecting all surfaces daily
- Dusting daily
- Trash and recycle removal
- Glass cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Metal shine
- Wall spot cleaning
- Cleaning restrooms and lunchrooms
- Restocking restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture
