About The Position

This position involves making lasting connections with customers, preparing the store by keeping floors clean, ensuring carts are in the store, and lending a helping hand where needed. The role also requires problem-solving customer or employee questions and/or concerns, helping to maintain a clean and safe store, and working with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. Team members are expected to be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.

Requirements

Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds, equipment operation (vacuum, mop, broom, dust pan, dust mop, carts, quick cart, bins, tilt trucks, compactor, cleaning utensils), walking, stooping, bending, reaching, standing, turning, pushing, kneeling, squatting
Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading
Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), squatting, stooping/bending, walking
Exposure to outside conditions – hold/cold weather, wet/slippery/uneven ground, snow, rain
