This position involves making lasting connections with customers, preparing the store by keeping floors clean and carts in place, and lending a helping hand where needed. The role also requires problem-solving customer or employee questions and/or concerns, helping to maintain a clean and safe store, and working with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. The ideal candidate will be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.
