About The Position

The Clean Room Technician helps maintain a safe, sterile, and spotless controlled manufacturing environment. The role performs routine and deep-cleaning room sanitization, handles sanitization solutions, removes waste, replenishes essential supplies, and documents completed work. Training is provided; prior cGMP, documentation, or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required. The position is located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and pays $20.00 per hour. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, which may include weekends and holidays. Team members should be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and maintaining reliable attendance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance and comfort working a 12-hour shift.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to pass a cleanroom gowning test; makeup, nail polish, and jewelry are not allowed in sterile areas.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and deep-cleaning room sanitization using specialized mops and wipers.
Mix, handle, and dispose of sanitization solutions safely according to procedures.
Remove waste and restock supplies such as gloves, masks, and gowns.
Complete logbooks and documentation to track work performed.
