About The Position

The Clean Room Lead Technician leads sanitation and custodial activities in GMP process areas, helping maintain a pristine, compliant, high-tech cleanroom environment. The role oversees scheduled room sanitization, waste disposal, and stocking manufacturing supplies, while ensuring sanitation agents are rotated correctly and labeling and GDP/ALCOA documentation are accurate. The technician coordinates cleaning schedules with Quality and Facility teams, monitors inventory, and ensures team members follow SOPs and pass gowning qualification tests. This is an on-site position in Holly Springs, North Carolina, scheduled for 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. The role requires adherence to a strict dress code, including no cosmetics or jewelry, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous leadership experience and a team-first attitude.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation and safety rules.
Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to follow a strict dress code, including no cosmetics or jewelry, and work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Strict adherence to GMP and SOP protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly room sanitization in GMP process areas.
Oversee waste disposal and stocking of manufacturing supplies, including PPE and gowning articles.
Verify sanitization agent rotations and ensure labeling and GDP/ALCOA documentation are accurate.
Collaborate with Quality and Facility teams to manage cleaning schedules that meet GMP requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in cycle counting for gowning articles and supplies.
Follow SOPs and ensure the team passes all gowning qualification tests.
