About The Position

The Clean Room Operator is responsible for producing products in the requested quantity, quality, and time limit, following orientations set by the shift leader or team leader. The role involves meeting production rates, controlling production operations, following safety procedures, accurately reporting production, and keeping the work environment clean and organized. Requirements

• Ability to read calculations and perform simple operations.
• Knowledge of materials, products, equipment, and associated processes.
• Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security, and environmental standards and procedures.
• Transmit available information about the scope of work.
• Report to the shift leader or team leader.
• Communicate orally and/or in writing when passing instructions.
• Team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Realize the production rates given by the shift leader or team leader.
• Realize and control production operations at the requested quality while respecting performance constraints and safety, security, and environmental requirements.
• Know and follow safety rules related to equipment and people.
• Report production to the shift leader or team leader with rigor and precision.
• Ensure cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment.
