About The Position

The Clean Room Carpenter is responsible for the oversight of small to large projects by maintaining communication with clients, technicians, and reporting daily to the Project Manager. Works with subcontractors to ensure company standards and goals are met. Develops spreadsheets or other documentation to communicate with all parties on how projects are progressing and the timelines for completion. Supervises and provides hands on support as needed to include but not limited to, loading trucks, cleans, organizes tools and project boxes and assists with jobs in an emergency. Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs), performs contract reviews, site assessments and rebids when requests do not align with SOPs prior to implementation.

  • Working knowledge and respect to the USP standards.
  • Continued improvement to the QS and its implementation.
  • Resolve issues and develop corrective actions that will make all other jobs easier.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all tasks required to make repairs at facilities, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, and Carpentry.
  • Manages time effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Assists others in their jobs and demonstrates abilities in repairs.
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards employer MTA and EPS to all personnel.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly project site, including construction cleaning, 3x cleaning, and Steramist cleaning.
  • Ensures tools are neat, orderly, and accounted for pre and post projects.
  • Maintains time records, progress logs, and daily reports for the project manager.
  • Documents projects with pictures and other forms of collection to ensure proper accounting of all items.
  • Maintains records of equipment used and schedules of sold items.
  • Works with CFO to ensure all aspects of the job are accounted for and billed.
  • Performs Certification of PEC and SEC to industry specifications.
  • Balances SEC and exhaust systems.
