The Clean & Prep Operative role involves preparing metal parts for painting and coating, using hand and power tools, inspecting work for quality, and adhering to safety and quality standards within a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• High School/GED education level
• Willingness to be trained in: Quality & Safety, Blueprint Reading, Hand-Held Gauges, Rust Prevention, Weld Characteristics, Final Inspection
• Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
• Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
