We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team. The Proposal Coordinator will work in NV5’s Clean Energy Group and report to the Proposal & Marketing Manager. This motivated individual will support a growing and nationally recognized team of clean energy experts in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be a resourceful, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and writing skills, professionalism, and creativity. Experience working with firms providing services to the public sector, especially providing energy, environmental, engineering, construction, or consulting services is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 1+ years of experience working on RFx responses for public agencies, ideally for an AEC firm, or other professional services firm.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with firms providing services to the public sector, especially providing energy, environmental, engineering, construction, or consulting services is a plus.
• Experience and interest in clean energy, clean transportation, or engineering consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize incoming bid opportunity emails and distribute to business development team as appropriate.
• Analyze RFP requirements and identify and coordinate all internal and external resources required for proposal completion.
• Help write, design, and integrate materials into persuasive proposals that reflect our distinctive capabilities to meet clients’ needs.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, conference abstracts, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing documents.
• Create, update, and maintain marketing materials and content libraries, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, graphics, and non-technical supporting narratives.
• Manage sales pipeline in CRM, including reviewing lists, running weekly marketing reports, adding and monitoring entries, and updating contact information.
• May perform other duties to meet the operational needs of the firm.
