About The Position

The Clean Energy Project Manager will develop and enhance the portfolio of products and applications under the Customer Energy Solutions (CES) Customer Analytics, Reporting, and Engagement (CARE) program. The CARE program seeks to enable the clean energy future through digital products and tools that support our customers and our business programs. This role will be accountable for developing the long-term product strategy and roadmap based on business and regulatory priorities. The Project Manager will participate in draft RFP documents, contractor and software selection, and ad-hoc reporting of the CARE project. The Project Manager will meet with key vendors and internal stakeholders to understand business and regulatory priorities and collaborate with the Product Owners for prioritization and integration of user requirements. The Project Manager will also support user engagement and change management practices to drive adoption of CARE products. The candidate will monitor key clean energy issues, collaborate with businesses to understand how they plan on operationalizing policy issues, and identify areas that require CARE customer experience product development. The Project Manager must demonstrate a high regard for personal accountability and the ability to deliver comprehensive analysis of programs and products that drive business performance. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop a functional comprehension of the various CES business processes and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the portfolio of products and applications under the Customer Energy Solutions (CES) Customer Analytics, Reporting, and Engagement (CARE) program.
