About The Position

The Customer Energy Services department is seeking a creative and analytical strategic leader with strong experience in the clean energy transition. The Project Specialist oversees the Companys demand-side management (DSM) initiatives to help ensure system reliability, including design, operations, administration, budgetary, marketing, performance and analysis, reporting, process improvement, customer and stakeholder engagement, and the team responsible for implementing these initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced DSM professionals that will further the Companys clean energy transition, support Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act (CLCPA) legislation, and implement programs that are designed to achieve the Companys clean energy goals and comply with all regulatory mandates. More specifically, the Project Specialist, supports all aspects of the Companys demand-side management initiatives to help ensure that customers and trade allies have the tools necessary to engage in the Companys portfolio of clean energy programs. This will include the design, maintenance, and integration of the Companys online Marketplace and the DSM Tracking database into the portfolio of software tools. The Project Specialist will support marketing campaigns, including collaboration with internal Program Managers and external market partners to create program-specific marketing communication, and coordinate all customer outreach events.
