About The Position

The Clay Course Driver will be responsible for taking groups of people from Blackberry to Smoky Mountain Sports Club. This role involves providing transportation for guests and team members to scheduled shoots, following instructions from a direct supervisor, and ensuring safe transportation for on-the-property or off-property activities. The driver will also assist other departments to meet guest needs, be familiar with all aspects of Blackberry Farm, and support general course maintenance, including maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of common areas and shared spaces. Compliance with all company policies and procedures, regular and consistent attendance, and the ability to work well with team members, managers, and guests are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
• Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Support with general course maintenance, including maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of common areas and shared spaces
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests
