About The Position

Gladding McBean in Lincoln, CA is a manufacturer of vitrified clay pipe for sewers, clay roof tile, piazza clay floor tile, glazed terra cotta pottery, architectural terra cotta, sacked mortar clay, chimney tops and caps. We are a proud member of the Pacific Coast Building Products Family of Companies. This position supports the Terra Cotta Division in all areas of Cut & Fit; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Requires on the job training to perform essential duties assigned.
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Ability to operate forklift, diamond blade saw, single or double saw, and other cutting tools are required.
Must be able to communicate with supervisor, customers and peers.
Must be able to read tape measures, full size and small schedules.
Must be accurate and timely in the cutter operation process.
Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
