This position is for a Classroom Primary Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. The teacher will be responsible for implementing the educational program for students, diagnosing their achievement levels, planning and directing learning activities, and motivating students to learn. The role involves creating a positive learning atmosphere, evaluating student progress, and assisting with student counseling. The teacher will also implement school and district curricular goals, prepare lesson plans, and assist in curriculum development and assessment of instructional material needs. Additionally, the teacher will communicate with parents regarding student progress, supervise students in various school areas, enforce school regulations, and participate in inservice programs. Record-keeping, attendance monitoring, sponsoring clubs, and adhering to district policies are also key responsibilities. The position requires a 190-day contract year with placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule based on education and experience. Insurance eligibility is confirmed.
