About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Classic Club Operations Coordinator to support our team and manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing outstanding service before, during, and after group tours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and Canva preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or financial services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tour logistics, bookings, and customer records
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and daily priorities simultaneously
  • Process payments, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials using Canva and other design programs
  • Assist customers with registrations, insurance, and trip questions
  • Support day-to-day office operations including answering phones, customer correspondence, and filing documents.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Some travel may be required
