Responsibilities

  • Gathers and compiles course scheduling assignments from academic areas
  • Creates and distributes class scheduling reports on enrollment and demand data to inform scheduling decisions
  • Coordinates with the Office of the Registrar on schedule requirements, deadlines, and system updates
  • Loads approved schedules into PeopleSoft in accordance with timelines and instruction from the Office of the Registrar
  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders regarding status of work, upcoming deadlines and instructions for providing inputs
  • Manages classroom and other space assignments to support scheduling needs across programs
  • Recommends process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned
