About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks that do not require a CDL. Responsibilities include preparing totes for shipment, loading flatbed trucks, unloading trucks, delivering drums or package goods with a Class C vehicle (potentially pulling a small trailer), washing totes and equipment, cleaning yards and warehouse areas, taking inventories, and assisting customers with walk-up traffic. Specific duties may vary depending on the operational area, such as fueling auxiliary equipment at customer frac locations on rotating 12-hour shifts using a non-CDL fueling truck, or in railroad operations, checking and refilling locomotive fluid levels, cleaning cabs and bathrooms, and maintaining septic systems. The position requires safe operation of Class C vehicles, loading/unloading products, maintaining accurate documentation, providing customer service, and adhering to safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment handling. Terminal housekeeping and assisting other drivers are also part of the role. The driver is responsible for keeping their assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.

Requirements

Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
High level of responsibility and safety awareness.
Must be able to perform basic math and use a computer or tablet for basic tasks.
Understanding of fuel pumping procedures required.
Must pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, and stand or sit for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors.
Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Forklift or Skytrax operation experience is preferred (or ability to be certified).

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class C vehicles to deliver fuel, lubricants, and related products to customer locations and job sites.
Load and unload products while following all company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, vehicle logs, and pre/post-trip inspection records.
Provide professional, courteous customer service during all deliveries.
Communicate clearly with Logistics and team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow safety and operational procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment handling.
Terminal housekeeping duties, including landscaping.
Assist drivers when a helper is required.
Keep assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.
Perform other duties as assigned.
