About The Position

Service Partners is seeking a Class B Driver with warehouse responsibilities. This role is for individuals looking for a career with an industry leader in energy-efficient insulation and building material products. This position requires a willingness to work in the warehouse as needed, as it is a Class B Driver position with absolute warehouse responsibility based entirely on business needs. Business hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, with an earlier arrival necessary to be ready to start the day. The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $23 per hour.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
  • Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three (3) axle vehicle.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Must be comfortable and willing to work in the warehouse.

Nice To Haves

  • Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
  • Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physically loading/unloading of trucks.
  • Provide excellent customer service as drivers are ambassadors of the company and build relationships with customers.
  • Assist in the warehouse as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks, including those not for personal delivery.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.
  • Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
