About The Position

Cadence Petroleum Group is recruiting a Bulk Delivery Driver for its Columbus, Ohio facility. The role transports lubricant products to customers while following company procedures and Department of Transportation regulations. Drivers work with dispatch to coordinate efficient deliveries, serve customers professionally, and inspect and maintain their assigned company vehicle. The position requires a valid Class A or B CDL and a tanker endorsement; a hazmat endorsement is preferred.

Requirements

Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
Tanker endorsement required.
Ability to safely load and unload products.
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license, required endorsements, and DOT physical card.

Responsibilities

Deliver products according to the manifest safely and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
Operate company vehicles professionally, safely, and courteously.
Coordinate with dispatchers to plan efficient deliveries.
Use knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic, and alternate routes to improve route efficiency.
Safely load and unload products according to load size and content description.
Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, corrective and preventative maintenance, and document findings on truck inspection sheets.
Maintain a daily DOT electronic log.
Ensure the correct merchandise is delivered in accordance with customer invoices.
Report accidents, damage, and malfunctions to management and complete the required documentation promptly.
Maintain a valid driver’s license, endorsements, and DOT physical card, and submit renewal copies to the manager promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
