About The Position

Moove is recruiting a Class B delivery driver. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with drivers home daily. The driver transports deliveries safely and in compliance with company procedures and DOT regulations, follows or coordinates efficient delivery routes, safely loads and unloads deliveries, maintains accurate authorization and pickup documentation, and provides professional customer service. The role requires a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a DOT medical card, at least one year of experience, and the ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required. The driver must be able to drive a manual transmission if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries safely and responsibly in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinate efficient deliveries using knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times, and alternate routes.
• Safely load and unload deliveries; the ability to lift or move up to 65 pounds is required.
• Obtain and maintain delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs, and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate.
• Relay customer messages and communications to appropriate management.
• Maintain a valid commercial driver's license, endorsements, and DOT physical card.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
