No septic experience? No problem! If you have a current and valid Class A or Class B CDL, we are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements

Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Tanker Endorsement required or willingness to obtain immediately
Clean MVR
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy equipment
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Septic industry experience preferred, but not required
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Septic, sewer, construction, plumbing, pest control, skilled trades, trade sales, or outside sales experience

Responsibilities

Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair services
Conduct septic system inspections and identify potential issues
Troubleshoot and repair septic system components, including pumps, pipes, and distribution boxes
Safely operate vacuum trucks, tools, and other equipment
Provide professional, exceptional customer service
Communicate with customers regarding services and recommendations
Follow company safety procedures and applicable health regulations
Maintain accurate service records and invoicing
