CDL Driver - Class B
About The Position
General Floor Industries, a respected and well-established flooring distributor with 17 branch locations across NJ, PA & DE, is seeking an experienced CDL Class B Driver for their Bellmawr, NJ location. This role offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week, a modern fleet of tandem box trucks with lift gates, and a schedule that ensures drivers are home every night and every weekend. The typical day involves making 3-5 stops delivering flooring materials from the Bellmawr distribution center to branch locations, with backhaul loads on return trips for efficiency. The company emphasizes work-life balance with no nights required.
Requirements
- Class B CDL with a clean MVR.
- At least 1 year of recent, safe, verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Comfort lifting up to 65 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read paperwork and warehouse transfers.
- Time management and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility when needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver flooring materials from the Bellmawr distribution center to branch locations.
- Operate tandem box trucks (26') with lift gates.
- Complete 3-5 delivery stops per typical day.
- Pick up backhaul loads on return trips.

- Adhere to all road safety, DOT, and OSHA standards.
