About The Position

Redbox+ Dumpsters is a rapidly growing dumpster rental franchise company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our exclusive patented product – roll off dumpster with two portable toilets attached - combined with our unmatched customer care standards makes us a unique service provider and an industry leader. Our clients quickly recognize and take advantage of the cost savings and efficiencies redbox+ Dumpsters offers. The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver Roll-Off Containers to customer job-sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites. Timely communication and accurate reporting verbally as well as through our mobile e-commerce app are essential. The best fit for this role is an individual who is responsible yet enjoys autonomy in working. This individual also enjoys creating working relationships with project managers, respects homeowners and their property, puts safety first, manages their time appropriately, understands the importance of logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Requirements

• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Required)
• Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/Current Class B CDL
• Pass a background check
• CDL B or higher (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Actual roll-off truck experience (needs to be reflected in resume): 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to customer job-sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Perform minor maintenance
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system
• Secure Tarp containers during transports
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites
