About The Position

We are seeking Class A Truckers, welcoming both trainees and experienced drivers. Our regional job offers predictable income, dedicated equipment, and a schedule that respects federally mandated home rest. Drivers can expect a realistic gross between $1,300 and $1,500 weekly by managing their logbook hours efficiently. The mileage rate starts at $0.56 CPM and increases up to $0.64 CPM with tenure. We also offer cash bonuses for maintaining clean safety records and provide weekly direct deposit for payroll stability. Orientation is fully compensated from the first classroom hour.

Requirements

  • Valid, current Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • Trucking school graduate status or at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer time.
  • Successful completion of the mandatory DOT physical and pre-employment substance screen.
  • A driving record showing no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • Zero drug or alcohol driving convictions (DUI/DWI) within the last 36 months.
  • Background check clear of felony convictions for the past 5 years.

  • Ability to stay out longer on the road for higher financial goals (voluntary miles).

Responsibilities

  • Drive a late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
  • Pull dry van trailers exclusively.
  • Ensure zero driver touch for cargo handling.
  • Operate within a fixed regional territory with familiar routes.
  • Maintain stable weekly mileage of 2,000 to 2,400 miles.
  • Adhere to a schedule that includes a 34-hour restart every week for home time.
  • Participate in a paid mentorship program for 4-5 weeks.
  • Transition to an independent solo truck after mentor certification.
  • Manage logbook hours efficiently to maximize income.
  • Maintain a clean safety record to be eligible for bonuses.
