Class A Truck Driver
About The Position
This position is responsible for the operation of company vehicles, safety and security of cargo, load/unload supplies, pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting on inspection results. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience required
- Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet
- Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
- Travel required
- Maintain Current Class A license

- Has developed proficiency through job-related training and considerable on the job experience
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to all state and federal DOT regulations
- Operate other mobile equipment as necessary
- Maintain Current Class A license
- Maintain all equipment as necessary
- Load/unload supplies
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting on inspection results
