About The Position

This position offers Over-The-Road (OTR) miles with a focus on keeping drivers within 2 days of home. The routes are primarily east of Denver, avoiding the western US, New England, and New York, ensuring consistent weekly miles without excessive travel. The company hires and trains recent CDL graduates. The role involves a mix of drop and hook, live loads, and preloads, with drivers typically out for two weeks at a time before returning home. Dispatch is available day and night.

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Recent CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

• Pet and rider programs available after training is completed.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR miles east of Denver.
• Handle a mix of drop and hook, live loads, and preloads.
• Be out for approximately two weeks at a time, then home.
• Accept day and night dispatch.
• Complete training with a mentor for 4-6 weeks, covering backing, trip planning, logs, and fueling.
• Operate an assigned truck, averaging 1.5 years old, with automatic or 10-speed transmission.
