At Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills, we are looking for an experienced Class A Service Technician who is ready to join a busy, well-supported dealership environment with the tools, leadership, workflow, and opportunity needed to perform at a high level. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Class A, Master, Senior, or Lead Automotive Service Technician
  • Strong diagnostic ability across multiple vehicle systems
  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis experience preferred
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Ability to perform heavy-line, electrical, drivability, and advanced repairs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
  • Team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive concerns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics
  • Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, electrical, HVAC, and drivability repairs
  • Road-test vehicles to confirm quality and accuracy of repairs
  • Clearly document findings, repairs performed, and recommended services
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts, and leadership
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
  • Support a team-first shop culture focused on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
