Class A Semi-Local Drivers Needed
About The Position
C3 Trucking is seeking Class A Semi-Local Drivers for an account based out of Mountain Top, PA. This semi-local position involves delivering Foods products (tortillas and chips) to Foods Distributors and Food Service customers. Deliveries are made using dry van, reefer, and lift gate trailers. Drivers will utilize an electric pallet jack and lift gate for unloading at receiver locations. The average driver will handle 4 loads and 11 stops per week, with an average stop time of 15 minutes. NYC deliveries are made approximately twice a week to the same 3 stores located in Queens, Yonkers, and Long Island.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months of driving experience
- Clean MVR
- Clean background
- Pass urine and hair drug screening
- No SAP
Responsibilities
- Deliver Foods products (tortillas and chips) to Foods Distributors and Food Service customers.
- Operate dry van, reefer, and lift gate trailers.
- Utilize an electric pallet jack and lift gate for unloading.
- Make approximately 4 loads and 11 stops per week.
- Complete deliveries in NYC approximately 2 times per week to Queens, Yonkers, and Long Island.
Benefits
- $0.52 per mile
- $30 per stop
- $75 for NYC deliveries
- $15 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
- $225 per day trainee pay
- $20 per hour safety training pay
- $200 per day holiday pay
- $1600-$1700 weekly average
