About The Position

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for long haul OTR Reefer positions. This role offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $1000-$1625+, with opportunities for Owner Operators (Lease Purchase) and Company Drivers. The position involves hauling general commodities and refrigerated goods such as boxed beef, chicken, pork, and beer across all 48 states. We offer a 70% drop and hook, no-touch freight environment. For those with less than 1 year of OTR experience, a 3-week training period with a lead driver at $150 per day is provided. Company drivers can expect to be out for 3-4 weeks at a time with 5 days home each month. Owner Operators can benefit from a 70% linehaul revenue structure, 100% of fuel surcharges, no forced dispatch, and paid base plates & permits. Lease purchase options are available for newer Kenworth T680 trucks.

Requirements

Class A CDL.
Minimum 3 months of 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in the last 6 months, OR 6 months of experience in the last year (excluding school, straight truck, garbage truck, or dump truck experience).
SAP Drivers must be on or past Step 6.
Truck must be 10 years or newer for Owner Operators with all paperwork, or available for lease purchase.
Must be able to drive day or night.
Must have recent safe driving years without at-fault accidents, major incidents, citations, or violations to qualify for experience pay.

Nice To Haves

Kenworth T680 truck (4 years or newer) with Automatic Transmissions, Walk-In Condos, APU units, Inverters, Voice navigation, and In-cab 5th wheel release for lease purchase.

Responsibilities

Drive a 53' Tractor Trailer OTR Reefer.
Haul general commodity and protein loads (boxed beef, chicken, pork, and beer).
Operate across all 48 states.
Perform 70% drop and hook.
Ensure no-touch freight.
Complete 3-4 weeks out for company drivers, with 5 days home per month.
Participate in a 3-week training period if less than 1 year of OTR experience.
