About The Position

Slims Logistics LLC is hiring CDL-A OTR Company Drivers for Reefer freight, operating brand-new 2027 Freightliners. This position offers competitive pay based on a percentage of gross per load, with opportunities for growth. Drivers can expect transparent weekly settlements and real recent driver payouts ranging from $1,995–$4,655 per week, based on a 3-week sample which can vary by lane and season. A cash advance of up to $900 per week is available. The home time schedule is consistent: 3 weeks out followed by 5 days home. Additional earnings are possible through a $25 on-time bonus per load and a fuel savings bonus. The company also assists drivers in building a down-payment fund for truck ownership, offering a path towards becoming an owner-operator. Drivers will operate new 2027 Freightliners, designed for less downtime and more comfort.

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• Experience with Reefer freight
• Ability to adhere to OTR schedule
• Willingness to undergo a security deposit deduction ($500/week until $2,500 is reached)
